Scaramuzzi is a Certified Executive Chef with over 22 years culinary training and experience. Louis’ skill with culinary
flavors and trends are second to none. Cristina Scaramuzzi is the General Manager and Event Designer. She is a
graduate of Auburn University with over 20 years of hotel and restaurant management background.
