Executive Chef Kathleen Sefcik
 
Chef Kathleen Sefcik has been cooking in the keys for 8 years now. She traveled down on a culinary internship from New England Culinary Institute in 2001, and never left. She has been working for Great Events Catering for 3 years, and accepted the Executive Chef position in September of 2009. She looks forward to expanding and bringing her own personal touch to the already great food and menus.

Andrew is meticulous on every detail from food quality to presentation.  He comes from a food and beverage family background.  He takes great love and pride for what he does.  No company could ask for a more loyal team member and no guest could ask for anything…he has already thought of it!!
