Our events start our guest’s vision for their wonderful party. In meeting with our sales team,
together with our clients and Great Events customizes each detail for the event. Our chef, Louis Scaramuzzi creates
a menu that is sure to delight all. Cristina Scaramuzzi creative talents will structure an event’s look
and theme from truly classic elegance to glitz and glamour. Rachel Oropeza and Christina “Christy” Parks, our
Catering Sales Team, are extremely professional and precise with all details of all of our events. Eric Catalano, our
Banquet Chef, heads up a dedicated culinary and kitchen staff. John Mott, Event Manager, puts all the visions into action
and pays meticulous attention to every request. Our whole kitchen and service team strives to make each event a party
our guests will remember.
Great Events can cater and design events from small affairs to large production events
of up to 5000 guests. Regardless of the scope of the event, our team works with pride to make every event a “great
